FDA approval given to Propecia

The law is very clear both in the US and Europe. If your product has not been through the proper regulatory approval process, the manufacturer is not allowed to make false advertising claims. In theory, this means we are not swamped with ads claiming products will give us perfect skin, stop our hair from falling out and make us as slim as some of these models we see in magazines. In practice, the regulators play wack-a-mole. A company springs into life making outrageous claims for Product A with magic ingredient X which forces hair to regrow faster than the grass in your yard. The regulators notice some months later and issue a notice. The company has then dissolved and a new company has appeared with the product having been rebranded with a new miracle ingredient before the regulator has had chance to enforce the notice.

A classic example of this is currently being played out in Europe. Nutrilinks is a Swiss company it is has been claiming that some of its products reinforce hair strength and contribute to reducing hair loss. The European Food Safety Authority asked for evidence of this claim, it found the replies unsatisfactory. It is now forcing the company to stop the advertising claims. With new claims being made on a continual basis for different ‘new’ ingredients, this is just the latest in a long running saga.

If you want to protect yourself, you should only buy products which have been through the drug testing regimes. This involves supervised clinical trials involving thousands of participants. Only when the drugs are found to deliver provable benefits are they allowed on the market. Obviously, this is an expensive process and inconveniently can prove the products are useless. So many manufacturers prefer to game the system and hope to get enough sales relying on false or misleading ads. In reality, propecia pills has been approved by the FDA and, when you read its marketing copy claiming that it stops hair loss, this carries a government-backed guarantee. Not one of the health, herbal or other products that claim to stop hair loss have any evidence to support their claims. Only propecia which is also sold as Finasteride can legally make the claim.

Levitra is safe for men diagnosed with diabetes

Several medical conditions can cause erectile dysfunction (ED). One of the most common is diabetes. Within 10 years of diagnosis, about half of all men with diabetes will also suffer from ED. Diabetes is tough enough to deal with without adding ED to the mix. Fortunately, Levitra is an ED treatment that is safe for diabetic men.

Why this Drug is Different

Men react different to ED drugs. This particular drug is known to be highly effective and can help men that have not found success with the other ED medications. It is also considered to be safer because the dosage is lower. You do not have to take this drug daily. It is an “as-needed” medication. This means you take the drug when you plan to engage in sexual activity.

The vast majority of men who use this drug never experience any of the documented side effects. You can safely use this treatment for a long period of time, usually several years, without complications. Although it is recommended you take this medication with water, you can take it with or without food. Men who use this drug can also consume alcohol; however, you should consult your doctor about alcohol consumption as it can cause complications when mixed with certain diabetic medications.

What Diabetic Men Should Know

Your doctor will help you determine the exact cause of your ED. If your diabetic medication is contributing to your ED problem, he may not immediately prescribe Levitra to treat your impotency. He might want to try another diabetic treatment first to see if that reduces or eliminates the ED. Even young men who have been diagnosed with diabetes can safely use this medication to address ED symptoms.

You should consider changing your diet or establish an exercise routine which will improve both your diabetic and ED conditions. It is not healthy to become over-reliant on a drug. You may be able to reduce use of this ED medication by becoming healthier in general. And when you feel better, you perform better in bed.

Levitra has become the treatment of choice for diabetic men. Diabetes is a leading cause of ED in men. Not all ED treatments are suitable or effective for diabetic men. However, Levitra is a medication that has proven to help diabetic men achieve strong and durable erections. This drug does not affect blood sugar levels so it is safe as long as you use it as instructed by your physician.
